Jimmy Cheung

Experian​
Jimmy Cheung is the EVP of Experian Global Cloud Office. In this role, he is responsible for driving 3rd party Cloud adoption across Experian while establishing cloud governance and operating models. The mission for the Global Cloud Office is to provide secure pathways and reference architecture for efficient application development and operation in the cloud. As the EVP of Global Cloud Office, he is also responsible for driving alignment and establishing cloud technologies and toolsets with regional and BU CTO that best address evolving business needs and regulatory changes to serve as Experian standards. Jimmy is the co-executive sponsor of the Experian Aspire employee resource group (ERG) focused on growing a supportive community that addresses mental health, advocates for those with disabilities and supports caregivers. He is also a board member of Ascend Orange County chapter. Ascend is non-profit organization lead by a network of accomplished professionals and executives from Fortune 1000 companies who generously volunteer their time in order to advance the state of API equity at work. Jimmy is an alum of the California State University of Sacramento Economics program with over 25 years of experience directing application development and enterprise technology implementations.

Joyce Chiao is the CEO of Abundance, where she designs diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy as a consultant, facilitator, speaker, and writer. Working at the intersection of organizational strategy and DEI, Joyce focuses on cultivating organizations in which everyone can thrive and teams can deliver their greatest impact in service of an equitable and just world. Her work explores the connections across personal experiences, collective identities, and systemic forces to build concrete strategies for effective change. Joyce has partnered with organizations across sectors, industries, and sizes – from local community nonprofits to public sector agencies to global tech giants. Her work and writings have appeared on a number of platforms, including HuffPost and EdPost.

Steven Horio

Steve Horio is a Senior Business Analyst on the Sales and Marketing Technology Team in the Newport Beach office at PIMCO. He specializes in working with end-users on their Customer Relationship Management platform, supporting client-facing teams. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2006, he has worked in several software development at GMAC Mortgage, Accenture, and United Healthcare. He has over 30 years of technology experience and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering at University of California, Los Angeles.

Reina Philip

Reina is a Senior Manager with the Orange County office Assurance Practice. She has 15 years of experience with EY’s audit practice and has experience serving many clients in various industries including retail, consumer products, technology, restaurants, life sciences and healthcare. Reina has been involved with all facets of GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX 404(b) compliance. Reina has significant experience with audits of global and smaller size companies, private and public, and with various technical matters with a focus on investments and other matters such as recognition, leases, inventory, business combinations, goodwill and intangible assets valuation.

Xinlin, an IBM Distinguished Engineer, is a technical leader specializing in Generative AI (GenAI), watsonx solutions, big data analytics, and cloud computing. As CTO for Data/AI Innovation in Technical Sales, IBM National Market, she drives Data and AI strategies to maximize business value for clients and strengthen IBM’s Technical Sales capabilities. Her leadership spans IBM Americas Client Engineering, Sustainability Software, Corporate Technical Strategy, Watson IoT, IBM Systems, and IBM Research. A recognized IBM Master Inventor, Xinlin holds 48 patents and has published 40+ research papers, showcasing her impact on technology innovation.
